We head back to the days of the wild west for another collection of creepy stories saved from obscuity by John Lemay in another of his fantastic Cowboys series of books.

This time we head out across the America’s looking into cases and encounters which feature a wide range of canid cryptids roaming the plains, woods and towns as every day people end up encountering creatures thought only to exist in myth.

From lovelorn werewolves, to magical transformations, hell hounds and dogmen, it seems that in some cases blaming dodgy liquer or heat exhaustion just doesn’t cut the mustard.
